On CJSC “M-Polis Insurance Company”

By the next decision of the NBT Management as of March 18, 2019 in accordance with Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan” and Articles 8 and 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On licensing of some types of activities”, and Chapters 9 and 11 of the Regulation “On licensing features of some types of activities” with the view of existence of some serious errors the request of CJSC “M-Polis Insurance Company” on license renewal has been rejected.

The Insurance Control Management was instructed to make corresponding record in the Unified State Register of professional participants of the Insurance market.
