Licence for performance of payment system operator activities

By the Decision of the management of the National Bank of Tajikistan based on Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Payment Services and Payment System”, Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On licensing of some types of activities” and in accordance with Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan” as of April 3, 2019, №28 the LLC MCDO “Tamvil” was licensed for performance operating activities on “Atlaspay” payment system for the period of 3 (three) years.

At the same time, by the Decision of the management of the National Bank of Tajikistan based on Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Payment Services and Payment System”, Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On licensing of some types of activities” and in accordance with Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan” as of April 3, 2019, №29 the LLC MCDO “Dushanbe -City” was licensed for performance operating activities on “Express Pay” payment system for the period of 3 (three) years.

The Payment Systems Management was instructed to make corresponding record to the Payment Systems Operators Register.
