On LLC IRO “Spitamen Sughurta”

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On licensing certain types of activities” and by the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan datedfrom August 6, 2021 No. 128,the LLC IRO “Spitamen Sughurta” wasissued a license to carry out insurance activities till November 19, 2025 by reissuing its current license due to its relocation.

According to this Resolution, previous licenses of LLC “Spitamen Sughurta issued by the NBT Board on April 6, 2021 No.49 and on November 19, 2020 No.155 should be consideredas invalid.

The Insurance Supervision Department of NBT was instructed to make a corresponding record in the Unified State Register of Professional Participants of Insurance Market.
