Meeting of Deputy Chairman of the NBT with the Management of Kazakhstan Mint of the National Bank of Kazakhstan

On November 16, 2021, Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan Mirkhayot Yoqubzoda met with Director General of the Kazakhstan Mint of the National Bank of Kazakhstan Alexander Tranov and Deputy Director General for Trade Asia Ibraeva.

Mirkhayot Yoqubzoda noted the mutually beneficial cooperation between the National Bank of Tajikistan and the Mint of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, mentioning that since 2011 the parties have signed 17 agreements on cooperation in minting of commemorative coins and all commemorative coins are made of high quality.

Additionally, Deputy Chairman of the NBT expressed gratitude to the management and staff of the said organization who despite problems related the COVID-19 pandemic, timely prepared and dispatched commemorative coins for "30 years of Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "20 years of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization."

Director General of the Mint of the National Bank of Kazakhstan Alexander Tranov also expressed satisfaction with existing bilateral relations and expressed readiness to establish cooperation with the National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan at a qualitatively new level.

During the meeting, other important matters were also discussed in detail, moreover, the parties expressed their readiness to further strengthen existing cooperation.
