License issuance to the Western Union Payment System Operator

In accordance with the Article 14 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Payment Services and Payment System”, Article 18 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On licensing certain types of activities”, Article 77 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On National Bank of Tajikistan” and Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dd. from September 30, 2022, No. 110, Western Union Network (France) was issued a license to carry out activities of the Western Union Payment System Operator for a period of 5 (five) years.

Based on this Resolution, the Payment Systems Management was instructed to make corresponding entry in the Register of Payment System Operators.
