License issuance to the “Insurance Organization Bima Hayot” to carry out insurance activities
In accordance with the Articles 4 and 34 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Insurance activities”, Article 6 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On licensing certain types of activities”, Chapter 54 of the Regulations on the Specifics licensing certain types of activities, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated April 3, 2007, № 172, Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan from November 28, 2022, No. 138, “Insurance Organization Bima Hayot” was issued a license to carry out voluntary insurance activities for a period of 5 (five) years.
Based on this Resolution, the Insurance Supervision Management was instructed to make corresponding entry in the Unified State Register of professional participants of insurance market.
