The operating license of SUE “Tojiksughurta” has been extended

By the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated March 7, 2023, No. 28 in connection with the expiration of the license of the State Unitary Enterprise "Tojiksughurta", on the basis of Articles 6 and 34 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Insurance Activities", Articles 6 and 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan " On Licensing Certain Types of Activities” and Paragraphs 11 and 54 of the Regulations on the Peculiarities of Licensing Certain Types of Activities, the operating license of SUE “Tojiksugurta” was extended for the next 5 years.

Based on this Resolution, the license of the State Unitary Enterprise "Tojiksugurta", issued by the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated July 13, 2021, No. 112, was revoked to carry out insurance activities.
