License was issued to CJSC “Aktiv Bank”

By the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated September 13, 2023, № 96, in connection with rebranding of the Limited Liability Company "Halyk Bank Tajikistan" to Limited Liability Company "Aktiv Bank", and in accordance with Article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan" and Articles 7 and 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Banking", the Limited Liability Company "Aktiv Bank" was issued a license for banking operations in national and foreign currencies,

According to this Resolution, the license of Limited Liability Company "Halyk Bank Tajikistan" for banking operations dated July 03, 2019, issued by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated July 01, 2019, No. 72, is considered invalid.

The Banking Supervision Department and Payment System Department were instructed to make a corresponding entry in the Register of Credit Institutions and the Reference Book Banking identification codes of Credit financial Institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
