In accordance with the Article 14 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Payment Services and Payment System", Article 3 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Authorization System" and on the basis of Article 77 of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan", by decision of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated from November 30, 2023, No. 125the Joint-stock Company Commercial Bank «Sokolovsky» established and operates in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation was granted a license for activity of the payment system operator "Astrasend" for an unlimited period of validity.

According to this decision, the payment system office shall be obliged to make a corresponding entry in the Register of payment system operators.
