On CJSC Microfinance Organization “Barhaq”

According to the next Decision of the National Bank Tajikistan’s Management Board as of January 15, 2024, No 9 and on the basis of Articles 6, 10 and 12 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the liquidation of credit institutions” because of late ensuring by the Liquidation Commission of CJSC Microfinance Organization “Barhaq” of voluntary liquidation procedure and non-fulfillment of legal regulatory acts a compulsory liquidation procedure has been started in the Company and the National Bank of Tajikistan filed an application with a court on its compulsory liquidation.
