The National Bank of Tajikistan has forwarded to all banks of the republic for information and for official use a copy of the letter of the National Bank of Ukraine on liquidation of the Co LTD «Ukrainian Industrial Bank» in which, in particular it is stated:

«According to the Article 73 of the Law of the Ukraine« On Banks and Banking Activity », the National Bank of Ukraine informs that the it is made the decision on liquidation of the Co LTD« Ukrainian Industrial Bank ».

Also it is said in the given document that according to the requirements of the Law of the Ukraine «On Banks and Banking Activity» the powers of General Meeting of Shareholders, Supervisory Board, Board of this bank are ceased from the date of decision made on revocation of banking license and appointment of a liquidator. Henceforth the issues of management and disposal of property of the bank handed over for an exclusive competence of the liquidator. Besides, the liquidator carries out functions of management authorities of the bank and has powers of its head, including issues on conclusion (cancellation) of contracts, etc.
