Temporary Administration was appointed in the OJSC Sohibkorbank

The Press Center of the National Bank of Tajikistan informs that today (11.02.2010) the Temporary Administration was appointed in the OJSC Sohibkorbank by the Resolution of the National Bank of Tajikistan for the period of six months.

This Resolution was approved by the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan according to the Article 49 of the Law of the Republic Tajikistan «On the National Bank of Tajikistan» in connection with unprofitable activity of OJSC Sohibkorbank for 2009, its negative regulatory capital and for the purpose of non-admission of bankruptcy of the bank.

From the date of approval of the Resolution all rights and powers of the credit organization including those rights and powers which shareholders, investors and executives of the credit organization possess are suspended and assigned to the Temporary Administration. The executives of the credit organization have no right to interfere with assignment of all rights to the Temporary Governor or his execution of the specified rights.
