Demand for foreign currency has decreased

The average rate of US dollar buying-selling in the cash market of Dushanbe within 25 June remained unchanged and on the average made 4,43 – 4,45 somoni. According to the carried out analyses the demand for foreign currency has decreased. The average rates of operations with Russian ruble and Euro have a little gone down and made 1,41 - 1,42 somoni and 6,05 - 6,12 somoni accordingly.

In the inter-bank and intra-bank markets the average rate of US dollar buying-selling on effected operations was set at 4,42 - 4,43 somoni. The average buying- selling rate of Russian ruble and Euro has a little changed and made 1,43 and 6,12 somoni accordingly. Owing to the large number of operation with Euro in the inter-bank money market, its official exchange rate has increased by 6,21 somoni.
