On July 21, the average buying-selling rate of US dollar in the inter-bank and intra-bank segments of the exchange market on effected operations decreased to 4,41-4,43 somoni. The average buying-selling rate of the Russian ruble and Euro has a little changed and made accordingly 1,41 somoni for 10 Russian rubles and 6,17 somoni for 1 Euro.

In the cash market of Dushanbe the buying-selling rate of US dollar within the day has not changed and made 4,43-4,45 somoni. The average rate of operations with the Russian ruble and Euro has a little raised and has on the average made 1,39 somoni for 10 Russian rubles and 6,18 somoni for 1 Euro.
