From October 14 of current year, by the Decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan for effective purpose of monetary policy the refinancing rate has increased on 1% and has made 10,00 % annual.
    The refinancing rate as the basic lever of monetary policy is used for effective implementation of its main purposes.
