• Education: university degree in economics, technical or information technology (IT);
• Excellent computer skills;
• Excellent Tajik, Russian and English skills;
• Working experience in the field of banking system and information technology is an advantage;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of internal or external audit would be an asset;
• Ability to work with the COBIT, COSO programs;
