By the Decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan from February 10, 2012 under №35 was approved and registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan from February 14, 2012 under №680 «Rules of an establishment of qualifying requirements to the liquidator, special manager of the credit institution and procedures of obtaining of the certificate of the National Bank of Tajikistan».
    Taking into account acceptance of the given Rules, interested persons for reception of the Certificate of special manager or liquidator can address with the statement at the National Bank of Tajikistan.
