In banking system activity of the country one of the basic directions is attraction of deposits of individuals that efficiency of which is observed during four years.
     According to statistical data, especially in recent months growth of deposits which are stored in country banks is observed. For example, in March of current year the total balance of deposits in comparison with the same period of last year has increased   by 28,9 %.
    In structure of the total balance of deposits 44,5 % or TJS 2 019,9 million has made deposits of legal entities and 55,5 % or TJS 2 520,1 million deposits of individuals.
     The average interest rate on deposits in first quarter of 2012 has made 16,47 % annual in national currency and 14,66 % annual in foreign currency.
