Recently in the OJSC “Agroinvestbank” was held general annual meeting of shareholders of bank.
     At the taken place meeting shareholders of bank had been discussed and made corresponding decisions on issues of credit institutions, including the statement of the annual report of external auditor of bank, early termination of power of the Supervisory Board of bank and a choice of its new structure, and also about increase of authorized capital of bank and about modification and additions in the Charter of the OJSC “Agroinvestbank”.
    After general meeting session of the Supervisory Board of bank on which Tagoymurodov Farrukh Golibovich was discharged from the post of the Chairman of bank of own volition and in connection with transfer to other work. By the decision of the Supervisory Board of the OJSC “Agroinvestbank” Soliev Alisher Hakimovich has been appointed as the Acting Chairman of the OJSC “Agroinvestbank”.
