Credit institutions intend to contribute to entrepreneurial development

Within the limits of the International Entrepreneurship Forum Dushanbe-2015 “Entrepreneurship and Investment for Sustainable Development” which was held on October 14, 2015, and participants in the afternoon in National library have continued their work in three sections for discussion of economic issues of the country.

The third part of the Forum “Financial Services Market, Role of Financial Organizations in Entrepreneurship Development in Tajikistan” passed under the guidance of Mr. Jamshed Nurmahmadzoda, Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan with participation of investors, domestic and foreign entrepreneurs and representatives of the international financial institutions. 

In the beginning of the third session Mr. Jamshed Nurmahmadzoda, Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan welcomed visitors and having noticed that the organization of such forums have great value for studying best practices in sphere of business and represents good possibilities for understanding of existing issues and ways of solution in this sphere. Also, he paid attention of Forum participants to existing economic problems and for effective development of entrepreneurship take appropriate steps and actively participate in discussions and express their opinion and to present suggestions.

Then, Mr. Jamoliddin Nuraliev, First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan who has made presentation on development of small and medium entrepreneurship issues, contribution of credit institutions of the country and international financial organizations in this sphere. 

During third session of Forum “Financial Services Market, Role of Financial Organizations in Entrepreneurship Development in Tajikistan”, Mr. Ruhullo Hakimzoda, Chairman of SSB RT “Amonatbank”, Mr. Samir Tagiev, Regional Director, CIS countries and Europe of the Islamic Development Corporation, Islamic Development Bank Group, Mr. Richard Jones, Head of the EBRD Office in Tajikistan, Mr. Guo Jin Jong, Head of Investment Fund “Huejing” People's Republic of China, Mr. Sanjar Jabborov, Director of Insurance Company “Bima”, Mr. Peter Fabian, Board Chairman of the CJSC “Spitamen Bank have made presentation before participants and have mentioned actual issues connected with banking sphere development, secondary securities market, allocation of credits, including attraction of deposits, interest rates, cooperation with the Government of the Republic, ministries and agencies and credit institutions, development and realization of various forms of insurance. 

At the end of session, Mr. Jamshed Nurmahmadzoda, Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan noticed that within the National Bank of Tajikistan established Working group. Currently, this Group carries out work together with specialists of the corresponding ministries and agencies and World Bank Group concerning perfection of some laws on pledge of movables and other legislative acts. Creation of favorable conditions for entrepreneurship development and providing of financial resources access will directly promote increase of country’s rating, activation of investment appeal in various spheres and stable growth of national economy.
