Refinancing rate of the National Bank of Tajikistan has changed on 1,0 percentage point

With the view of effective monetary policy maintenance and in connection with increase of exchange rate and inflationary pressure to economy of the country, according to Article 16 Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “About National Bank of Tajikistan” by the Decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan from February 18 of current year the refinancing rate of NBT has increased by 1,0 percentage point and has made 9,0% per annum.

Also, by other Decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan from February 18 of current year, the interest rate on credit by issue of the National Bank of Tajikistan to the credit institutions for maintenance of liquidity has made at level of

18, 0 % annual.

The given decisions will come into force from March 1 of current year.
