Stopped an activity of LLC MCO “Mehrobod”

By the Decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan from November 25 of current year on the basis of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Liquidation of credit organizations» in connection with failure to meet requirements of the Instruction №197 «On order of regulation of activity of the microcredit organizations» on maintenance of the minimum amount of real capital there is stopped activity of LLC MCO "Mehrobod"under their request for voluntary liquidation.

According to the mentioned decision the licenses of this micro credit organization which have been issued by the National Bank of Tajikistan will be withdrawn and carrying out the banking operations.

In addition, authorities of LLC MCO «Mehrobod» are obligated to create liquidation commission during realization of procedure of voluntary liquidation and repayment of loans.

The liquidation commission should provide their financial statements and other necessary information to the National Bank of Tajikistan.
