Personnel management in modern environment

The Scientific Research and Personnel Retraining Institute of the National Bank of Tajikistan together with Savings Banks Fund for International Cooperation of Germany have held three trainings on Personnel Management in Modern Environment for staff members of banking system.

There were discussed topics “Strategy of work with staff”, “Search and recruitment of new staff”, "Placement of personnel", “Staff assessment”, “Staff management and talks with employees”, “Impact of staff on development of enterprise” in the framework of the given training for structural subdivisions and experts of banking system of the country. Participants of the seminar have exchanged opinions on their experience concerning relations, management and encouragement of staff.

It is necessary to note that participants of training have got acquainted with ways of management of colleagues and also with modern operational experience of the Savings Banks Fund for International Cooperation of Germany.
