Request for Expression of Interest

The National Bank of Tajikistan invites all eligible candidates to apply for position of IT Program Manager to assist the National Bank of Tajikistan in replacement of Core Banking System Eligible candidates  should provide with information confirming their qualification on provision of  requested services.

Purpose

The purpose of the requirement is to involve IT Program Manager in participation of all stages of replacement of Core Banking System at  National Bank of Tajikistan.

Objective of the Project

The main objective of the project is an introduction of Core Banking System at the National Bank of Tajikistan "on a turn-key basis".

Requirements to a candidate

• Working experience in field of information technologies and introduction of CBS not less than 5 years;

• Obligatory participation in introduction of CBS;

• Working experience in developing countries or countries with transition economy;

• Knowledge of banking systems and specificity of activity of a Central Bank;

• Not less than 2 (two) successful projects on CBS introduction in Central and/or commercial banks;

• Payment systems knowledge and integration payment system with other bank solutions experience;

• Fluent Russian and English;

• In addition - knowledge of business processes designing means and project management approaches.

IT Project Manager will be selected according to established methods of the National Bank of Tajikistan on selection of Project Manager.
