Training seminar on financing of agrarian sector

In the frame of the partner project between the National Bank of Tajikistan and the German Savings Banks Foundation for International Cooperation for improvement of financial literacy and dual training (bank experts), trainings on financing of agricultural sector have been carried out on May 16 -19 of current year in the premises of the National Bank of Tajikistan. The given action was organized for employees of commercial banks, directly engaged in agriculture financing.

The aim of the given seminar was familiarization of participants with experience of agriculture financing in Germany. In this training event the issues connected with development of business plan, analyses of the financial reporting and potential risks in agriculture have been considered by participants.

For performance of seminar Mr. Arthur Klauser, short-term expert - Corporate consultant of the German Savings Bank of Uelzen city, Germany has been invited by the Savings Banks Foundation for International Cooperation, who has presented to employees of commercial banks desired program and information by the example of crediting for acquisition of agricultural equipment and poultry farming development.

It is necessary to note that similar seminars for improvement of financial literacy among the population of republic are conducted regularly by the National Bank of Tajikistan and the German Savings Banks Foundation for International Cooperation.
