On the LLC "Spitamen Sughurta"

By the Resolution of NBT Board dated April 6, 2020, No. 49 in accordance with Articles 6, 34 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Insurance Activities”, Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On licensing of certain types of activities” and Chapters 11, 54 of Regulations “On peculiarities of certain types activities licensing”, approved by the Decree of Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated April 3, 2007, No. 172 the license of LLC “Spitamen Sughurta” for effecting insurance activities on voluntary insurance types was extended for 5 years.

According to this Resolution, the license of LLC “Spitamen Sughurta” issued on April 7, 2015 shall be considered as canceled. The Insurance Supervision Department is obliged to make an appropriate entry in the Unified State Register of Professional Participants in the Insurance Market in connection with this change.
