Transactions on buying-selling of foreign currency in the inter-bank market increased

On 18 August of current year, the volumes of transactions on buying-selling of foreign currencies and the rates set in the inter-bank market had a tendency to be reduced and testified to activization of operations with US dollar and Euro. As a whole, on the affected operations the average buying-selling rates of US dollar, Euro and Russian ruble have slightly decreased and made 4,41 Somoni for 1 USD, 6,26 Somoni for 1 Euro and 1,38 Somoni for 10 Russian rubles.

The average buying-selling rate of US dollar in the cash market of Dushanbe and other regions of republic within the day has not changed and on the average made 4,4324-4,4544 Somoni for 1 USD.
