    At the same time, the average rates on operations with Russian ruble and Euro have little decreased and have made TJS 0,1590-0,1610 and TJS 6,3130-6,3340 accordingly.
    Today, on February 23, the exchange rate of US dollar in the exchange bureaus of Dushanbe has made TJS 4,8350-4,8550.
