The securities auction of the National Bank of Tajikistan on issue К212007025 was held on April 12, 2021 and its results as following:
In accordance with Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan", the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Banking" and "On Liquidation of Credit Institutions by the next Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated April 8, 2021, №52, the license of CJSC "Bank Asia” was revoked.
In accordance with Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Microfinance Institutions” and Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Liquidation of Credit Institutions” by the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated from April 8, 2021,No.51, the license of LLC MCI “Madina va Hamkoron” was revoked.
On April 2, 2021, at the initiative of the Insurance Supervision Management, it was hosted a presentation “Procedures for calculating the normative ratio of equity (capital) and assumed liabilities by the insurance (reinsurance) company” the NBT, where the participants - chief accountants and responsible persons of the country's insurance institutions were instructed on the provision of reports in accordance with this procedure.
In accordance with Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On licensing of certain types of activities" by the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated from March 26, 2021, No.46 due to transformation of Limited Liability Company "BDO" into the LLC "ECOVIS" it was issued a license to it through re-registration for effecting auditing of credit institutions till June 1, 2021.

The Board of National Bank of Tajikistan approved the Resolution on March 26, 2021, No.47 in accordance with Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Insurance Activity" and Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities"» on issuance a license to CJSC IS “Paimon Insurance” for effecting insurance activities by types of compulsory and voluntary insurance for the period of 5 years.
In accordance with Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan” and Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Foreign Exchange Regulation and Exchange Control” by the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated from March 26, 2021, No.48 it was issued a license to the LLC “Sozidanie” (Hyatt Regency Dushanbe) on effecting special services (activities) in foreign currency for the period of 3 years through re-registration.
